Alta House Begur Hotel

The breakfast offers a substantial variety, including cold cuts, cheese, toasted items, eggs, tea, coffee, and juice. The rooftop bar, though limited in hours, provides a great spot to unwind during evenings.

Poolside drink service is lacking. Waits for drinks are long since there's just one person handling everything. Storage in the rooms is minimal-only one hanging area with six hangers for two people, and the absence of a mirror in the bedroom complicates things further, especially since the bathroom mirror fogs up quickly with no extractor fan. The mini-fridge lacks water, and replenishment of initial complimentary water is absent.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel, it's recently refurbished and the location is ideal close to the church of Begur. The room was nicely decorated with great bathroom and the staff really helpful and extremely helpful. The pool was nice and I had soft drinks in the rooftop bar. I could park the car outside.

Pleasant hotel, the stay was enjoyable, perfect location close to the church of Begur. Location: the venue was very close to the beach, town centre, pool, breakfast and reception staff and the castle. It was steps away from Restaurant Rostei, where you can have lunch. Our room was a nice size and freshly renovated and had a splendid view, greatly enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and top-class, nothing too much trouble.

The rooftop bar hours are quite unhelpful. Seriously, from 7pm to 11pm? That's just hilarious. I also had to endure the wait for drinks due to how understaffed the pool was. If I'm paying more than 200 a night, I expect that someone would be bringing me refreshments without delay, frankly. I almost thought to leave a nicer review, but just couldn't.

The spacious outdoor deck, the gorgeous pool area, the attentive staff was amazing.

The rooftop bar offered amazing views, and the pool area was a nice spot to hang out. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of foods. We visited the nearby beaches and explored the old town, which are both just a short walk away.

The Standard Double or Twin Room with Balcony was immaculate and provided an exquisite view of the swimming pool and garden. Breakfast offered a good variety, even though we had to dine indoors due to the wind. The young lady at the front desk was particularly accommodating. The only downside was the limited sun loungers by the pool with a bit of a scramble for seating during peak times.

Couldn't recommend more for a swift visit

Lovely room, good breakfast, with a wonderfully clean space, made our stay enjoyable, particularly the splendid breakfast in the serene garden that added a lovely touch to our mornings.
